How do I use the call forwarding feature?

Simply log into your online client portal. Under "My Account" activate the call forwarding feature. A number (not a TelFree number) inserted in this field will enable call forwarding from your account. You may change the forwarding number or choose to disable the feature at any time.

Is call forwarding a billed service?

Yes, unfortunately calls can only be forwarded to offnet numbers (i.e. networks other than TelFree) and therefore terminate on these networks where charges are incurred.
